And all the luxuries and comforts you'll need to kick back, relax, and enjoy stunning views (and sunsets) from the patio. The space This brand-new studio offers everything you need for a relaxing mountain stay. The open layout includes a comfortable king bed, a cozy seating area with a pull-out sofa, a modern kitchenette with full-size appliances, and a spotless bathroom stocked with essentials. Large windows bring in natural light and mountain views, creating a warm and inviting space to unwind after exploring Grand Lake or Rocky Mountain National Park. Guest access Guests have full access to the studio, private patio, and street parking. Check-in is contactless with a secure smart lock—arrive anytime after 4 PM. The building is located directly on Grand Avenue, placing you within walking distance of dining, shops, and the lakefront. Early Check-in (2 PM) and/or late check-out (12 PM) can be added to your stay for $25 (each) add-on. We do require advanced notice for either in order to coordinate with our cleaner. Other things to note • A professional cleaner maintains the property between guests to ensure top quality. • The studio comfortably accommodates two adults; the pull-out sofa is available for up to two additional guests. • An EV charging station is available within a short walk. • Winter travelers: 4WD or AWD recommended for mountain roads.
