Private studio

Spacious self contained studio set amongst well maintained established gardens. With a private entrance, well appointed kitchenette and bathroom, the studio should meet all of your needs Further down the property, views across the valley are spectacular. Horses/cats/dogs welcome. We are 20km east of Warwick and 20km from Queen Mary Falls. A quick drive down the road is a beautiful clear water rockpool to cool off in on those warm summer days. The space The private entrance to the studio is well lit with solar globes and a motion activated light. A small table and chairs are situated outside for guest to enjoy. The studio itself is a very spacious room containing a kitchenette and seperate bathroom. The kitchenette has a small food preparation area, a bar fridge, sink and microwave. In the cupboards are cutlery and crockery as well as an electric fry pan and air fryer and basic cleaning supplies. The wardrobe contains an extra doona, iron, ironing board as well as a picnic blanket and hamper. 2 Large, super comfortable lounges will allow you to stretch out and enjoy the 55 inch tv mounted on the wall. The space has windows 3/4 around the room which are covered with blinds allowing you to open them up to soak in the sunshine and enjoy the view, or closed and private. The bathroom contains a spacious, glass screened shower area, basic vanity and toilet. We are on tank water through the studio and are totally reliant on rain!!!! Please USE WATER WISELY and avoid long showers. While our studio is set up for 2 people, we are more than happy to do our best to accommodate families. Please contact us to see how/if we can meet your needs. Furry friends are welcome on our property however, it is not fully fenced and please take note of the house rules. Horses are well catered for with stables and a large, safe day yard. Guest access Guests are able to access all parts of the outdoor garden. And paddocks beyond. Please feel free to wander around and enjoy our garden. Venturing beyond the garden will require sensible footwear. Apart from the wildlife, there are a couple of horses in the paddock so please be mindful to close any gates behind you. Other things to note PLEASE avoid long showers. Our garden is delightfully green due to our bore. However it is impossible to put through the house so we are reliant on RAIN.
