Shared livingroom, kitchen & bathroom. Your own separate bedroom (double bed) with key. Perfect if in Dublin for work or pleasure. Close to shopping & civil amenities. LUAS tram 7 min walk & buses even closer (be in the heart of the city in 40 minutes approx). Perfect spot to start Dublin renting search, I can help with advice and insights. If holidaying I can provide tourist info. Space bigger than looks in photos.. The space Towels and toiletries are provided. Feel free to make yourself a tea or coffee and help yourself to some fruit or cereal if you forgot to buy breakfast ingredients. The apartment gets good light and livingroom is quite large with space to spread out and relax, guests say they are pleasantly surprised with the size of the livingroom, I guess the photos don't do it justice :) Meals can be prepared in the kitchen and eaten at the dining table. Just remember to wash up after yourself :) Wifi is provided by pocket size device - perfect for streaming, video calls, web browsing and emailing. Guest access You can access any space in the apartment except the other bedroom. You can even look in the utility closest but I don't think you will find it very exciting ;) During your stay I work from home so while I may be in the space it is important that I actually work :) But I will do my best to help and certainly when we first meet in person I will answer any questions and give you any tips or advice for your stay. Other things to note There are 6 steps up to the apartment so best keep that in mind if any mobility issues.
