The apartment is a duplex on the first floor so there are some mandatory stairs The living area has a huge sofa with a centre table which is a perfect place to relax. Fully functional kitchen if you prefer to cook a homemade meal. We have inverter power backup AC’s in both bedrooms, water heaters in both washrooms, RO for clean drinking water, Lcd in common area and unlimited wifi. It is humbly requested to all the guests maintain the decorum of the place as it is a residential area.
