We are located in a historic district with wonderful homes of all kinds. Uptown shopping district is walkable and access to downtown LA and Long Beach by public transit is nearby. Our backyard is lovely but we do have kids playing in it! If interested you must book for 31 days to comply with Long Beach city rules for this space. The space The backyard has a mini waterfall and Koi pond. A fireplace for outdoor gatherings and a barbecue you may use. Guest access If you’d like a gathering just let us know and you may take over the back yard (as long as there are no conflicts)! Other things to note There are two bungalows that share a courtyard. We have friends/family stay in one of them so you may see people coming and going from that bungalow. They use the house bathroom so the bathroom is private.
