Brighton stylish bedroom + ensuite & private patio

The Courtyard in Brighton Sussex has its own private entrance, and consists of a beautiful & newly decorated double bedroom with a stylish ensuite. There are glazed patio doors leading from the bedroom outside to a private terrace with a large seating area in the sunshine. We are 15 mins by car to the city centre & beach with a regular bus service directly outside & only 5 mins from Preston Park train station. Please note The Courtyard is not suitable for children under 12 & no pets please. The space The bedroom has been newly decorated to a high standard and consists of a 4ft double bed with a brand new mattress and topper. The sheets are a mixture of Marks & Spencer and The White Company together with a comfy duvet and throw. There is ample cupboard space. A dressing table with mirror and chair that can double up as a work space. Also provided is a full length dressing mirror. You will find a hair dryer in the drawer. We provide a kettle, tea, coffee, bottled water and biscuits. Also an iron with small ironing board. Eye shades are provided for your comfort. There is also a little surprise box containing things you might have forgotten!!! The double glazed patio doors in the bedroom open up to a beautifully decked courtyard with a wicker glass topped table and four large chairs for you to enjoy. PLEASE NOTE…. THIS Guest access Guests have access to the entire bedroom ensuite and outside courtyard. Other things to note This strictly a non smoking studio accommodation. If you wish to smoke outside on the patio PLEASE make sure the patio doors are closed so as to keep the room smelling fresh for our next guests. Strictly no candles or naked flames.
