The space The home is located on the edge of a beautiful, historic small town. You'll feel miles away, tucked away from the street, surrounded by trees, and backed by forest and ITS 83 (the main groomed snowmachine trail that connects to thousands of miles of Maine's premier ATV trails!). The home is only a 15-minute walk to Jerry's Grocery Store, the post office and library, and the Island Falls Opera House Tavern (a must-see on your visit to town!) Also in town, check out our 1-mile Riverwalk, an easy loop trail that is perfect for dog walks or snowshoeing in the wintertime, and enjoy a delicious home-cooked breakfast at Porter's Café. Guest access The house, front yard, and backyard are yours to use. The garage and shed are locked. Other things to note The yard is not fenced, so please keep a close eye on your dog while outside. There are cows and chickens nearby, and the road.
