The accommodation is laid out as follows: The front door leads into an entrance hallway with an open-plan living/dining room located on one side and the kitchen on the other. The bedrooms and bathrooms are located further along the hallway. The open-plan living space is furnished with a large and comfortable L-shaped sofa as well as Tv and entertainment unit and dining table seating guests. Large sliding doors lead out to a terrace that overlooks the attractive Terramar Parc. The fully-equipped kitchen offers an oven & hob, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer and coffee maker. There is a small dining area with a table seating 4 guests and a conveniently located utility room with washing machine for guest use. The bedrooms are all modern, bright and spacious with large sliding doors that flood the rooms with light. The hotel style bathrooms are also of a good size. The 2 terraces are ideal for enjoying alfresco dining or simply relaxing in the sun. There is a dining table for 6 guests as well as comfortable lounge furniture and sunbeds located on the terraces. There are views overlooking the beautiful Terramar Parc on one side of the apartment and views over the swimming pools on the other side. Alternatively, there is tourist ‘train’ that runs along the seafront stopping at multiple locations along the way. – There are two beach bars very close by, along with two good restaurants and a mini supermarket selling fresh bread, newspapers, groceries and all necessities. Additional changes may be requested at the following rates: - €15 per single bed set; - €25 per double bed set; - €10 per towel set; A one-off service/transport fee of €25 applies.  Requests for additional linen or towels will be delivered the following day, subject to availability. Please note that extra linen will be delivered, but beds will not be changed. If guests wish to have the linen changed, a minimum of 3 hours of cleaning service must be booked. 1 travel cot and 1 high chair are provided free of charge, subject to availability and provided the request is made at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Additional travel cots, high-chairs, and cot mattress toppers may be rented upon request, subject to availability, at the following fees: - €25 per cot - €15 per high chair - €20 per cot mattress topper A one-off service/transport fee of €25 applies if the service has not been requested at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
