As well as the three bedrooms, the first floor also features two self-contained shower rooms for maximum convenience. This property makes an ideal base for visiting the University of Nottingham, QMC or Nottingham Tennis Centre, which are all just a few minutes' walk away. Guest access The guest will have sole use of the whole property. Other things to note Please note that on-street parking is restricted to permit holders only Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. You are free to park on the street outside of these hours without a permit. We provide one guest parking permit. This can be found inside the property, in the living room on the coffee table. Please park in a parking bay on the street and display the permit in the front windscreen of your vehicle during the restricted hours. IMPORTANT - Please remove the permit from your vehicle and leave in the property prior to your departure. Failure to return the parking permit in this manner will result in an admin charge of £200 being applied to replace the permit and deal with the inconvenience caused for the next guest.
