The space This is a self-contained walkout basement unit with its separate entrance. It is ideal for two adults, but can accommodate up to three. There is a queen sized bed in the bedroom, and a queen sized sofa bed in the living room. We have a well stocked kitchenette with a coffee/tea station and an electric kettle. Enjoy a morning coffee/tea in the living room, that has an oversized window overlooking our backyard and the ravine beyond. Cook your meals in the kitchenette or use our outdoor grilling equipment with a nice campfire on those pleasant evenings (Bring your own firewood). You can also cozy up around our indoor gas fireplace on those rainy or cold days. We have books and board games to help you have a great time indoors as well, in case the weather doesn't cooperate. Please note the following: 1. We live upstairs, but do try to keep the noise level to a minimum. 2. We are not charging any additional cleaning fee with the expectation that guests will leave the property at check-out just the way that they find it at check-in. 3, If you've stayed with us before, then we might be able to offer a discount on the current price, just for you :), please ask, as we appreciate your business Guest access You will access the unit through a separate entrance from the backyard, that can be accessed from your very own separate parking. You will have exclusive access to the backyard, patio furniture and the fire pit through out your stay.
