Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space of 10’X10’ room with a small kitchenette. Ideally great for one person but 2 young adventurous and travellers can stay! Minor hiccups with the recent construction activities outside the villa, but once you are inside, you will not be able feel any hindrance from outside Ac works only when there is Power supply. And this is a remote area and there can be few challenges with the continuous power supply. Please make an informed choice while you book The space The entire lower floor is yours, this has a cozy room with kitchenette with sink. Only a kettle is available for heating water and making tea. A clean spacious bathroom (solar water, rainy season please excuse if no hot water and pressure) is attached to the room. Parking is available with first come first basis and a deck over looking the garden is a plus Wifi and TV is not something you should be looking for when you are here…mountain view and the quite will make up for that ;) AC is installed. Power supply can be an issue sometimes due to the power cut in this remote location. I have a power back up for light etc but not for AC Kindly note-Kids and infants below 18 are not allowed I have one parking spot and Parking is on first come first serve basis.however, there is plenty of parking space just outside my property:) Please note BBQ is electric and it’s first come first serve basis Please note, Person or couples who are free spirited and adventurous will only enjoy this place. Kindly Do not expect this to be like a conventional hotel, this is a small room yet large garden which you enjoy from a deck :) Guest access The entire lower floor is yours this has a cozy room with kitchenette with sink. Parking is available and a deck over looking the garden is a plus. The room is approx 140sft sleeping area with a queen size bed and a small wardrobe. Also has an attached bathroom which is quite big and spacious. There is also a covered deck with seating arrangements with a garden view. Relaxing with a cup of coffee is absolutely a thing to do there :) During your stay I am available over phone during the day. Other things to note Upper floor guests will be accessing the gate and they have to pass through the the garden to reach first floor. But they do not have the access to the ground floor garden and deck area. That’s entirely yours. Parking can be booked only on first come first serve basis I have power back for approximately 3 hours. This is a slightly remote location and power is a concern. So if the UPS doesn’t work after 3 hours please cooperate 🙏🏻 Please note-During rainy season, it can be flooded (not always)
