Newly renovated accommodation, located in the heart of Ferrol, in the Magdalena neighborhood. Ideal for a sightseeing stay in the city as a couple or with 1 or 2 children (we have a crib and extra bed, ask for availability). The accommodation has everything you need to relax and enjoy!! ***Notice: Calle Iglesia is closed due to improvement works, which may cause inconvenience to guests***. The space Master bedroom with a 140x200 double bed, a small sofa and a desk perfect for teleworking. It also has a small living room with a dining table, TV cabinet, 32-inch TV and sofa.  **HEATING** This accommodation has heating through portable electric radiators and a catalytic stove enabled from November to April, which emit heat in a constant and balanced way throughout the day. Appealing to responsible use as part of a climate and social emergency, we want to be part of the solution and not the problem. Therefore, and given the oceanic climate of our city, where temperatures in the coldest winter months range between 6º and 15º C, we will have heating available, always maintaining a comfortable temperature that ranges between 18º and 20º C. **TRAVEL CRIB** A travel crib is provided upon request and subject to availability; for hygiene reasons, no bedding is provided for the crib. **TOASTERS** To help avoid cross-contamination, we remove toasters from our homes. A toaster is an item that cannot go through a disinfection process with hot water or other cleaning that ensures the elimination of traces of gluten and other allergens. Unlike a hotel, a house/apartment has a kitchen and utensils such as pans or even an oven, so the function of a toaster is easily replaceable.

 **HOUSEHOLD TEXTILES** We reduce our ecological footprint and environmental impact: one set of sheets is provided for each bed during the stay. One set of towels is also provided per guest per stay.
