The space This home comes complete with: 1 king bed, 4 queen beds, 1 double bed Fully equipped kitchen Outdoor BBQ and dining Elliptical Machine and weights in the gym Events, gatherings, parties are not allowed at our home for renters. This includes inviting others over casually while renting the house. It is best suited for family vacations (up to 10 people on the property) or corporate retreats for a maximum of 10 people. There is a studio garage apartment which is occasionally occupied by the owner. The studio has a separate entrance and you have the house to yourselves. Guest access Parking is available in our driveway for up to 4 cars. Your reservation is limited to 4 cars total. Other things to note Please make sure you read the House Rules - Quiet Hours, maximum number of guests and cars are strictly enforced. No events, gatherings or parties. You are limited to a maximum number of 10 people and 4 cars.
