The space Renovated and secure house, 94 m², with a hallway leading to the kitchen, living room with a convertible corner sofa (sleeps 1 or 2 – 120 x 190 cm), dining room, toilet, shower room, and 2 bedrooms (bedroom 1: 1 double bed and bedroom 2: 2 single beds). Guest access You will have the entire accommodation, garden and terrace. Only the garage is private. You can park your vehicles under a porch and in the inner driveway. Other things to note In-person check-in from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Check out no later than 10 a.m. Only service animals allowed. No smoking is allowed inside the listing. An ashtray is available outside: please use it!! Classic coffee maker Heating: gas boiler - We are obliged to intervene, in person, for small adjustments every 15 days.
