Huge sunny house close to everything

5 bedroom, 2 living, and large office. 2 bathrooms. Mattresses available for in office and second living area and/or to add to bedrooms. 5 single beds one queen. So can accommodate many people comfortably. Large outdoor environment with direct access on to Mount Intermediate. Bbq and outdoor furniture. Central location 2-5 min drive from Blake park/beach/Bayfair/New World. We require mature guests and families only. Sorry no one under 30 years old unless accompanied by parents. Other things to note We have 2 cats that come with the house. If you could feed them. We will leave cat food out and details. Bedroom 5 can be 2 singles or joined as a king bed The spa wont be working sorry as I'm awaiting a part to fix it.
