This applies to everything in and out of the home. There are systems we guarantee to work and that if are not working properly, we will fix in an emergency fashion as quickly as possible. These are: electricity, central air, water, water leaks, refrigeration, gas leaks, and anything potentially dangerous or physically damaging to the occupants or the home. Nothing related to utility company outages is treated as an emergency, as there is nothing we can do but wait it out.
