A private guest room, with full access to the small walk -in closet, very comfortable full size bed, private full bathroom just across the hall. 55' TV available to use for guests. HDMI cable is available to connect with guest lop top. The location is prefect for traveling nurses and other health care professionals because several hospitals and medical centers near by. This is a two story townhome with the office space & bedroom on the 2nd floor and kitchen, family/dinning room, laundry room, 1/5 bathroom on the main floor. This is my primary residence where I live. Its is a very peaceful and tranquil space. I am very easy going and friendly person. I am working during the day but always available by phone call or txt if you have any questions. Just send me a message and I will help with any questions you may have. I also provide bathroom towels, shower gel, complimentary shampoo, conditioner to use during your stay. Coffee /tea bar included - green tea, coffee, fresh mint and peppermint from the garden, organic cane sugar, organic creamer & a French press. NO microwave. Family room with comfortable seating, rocking chair, and fire place. Outdoor space has a back patio with lakeview, couch, table and chairs. Start your day with the sunrise with lakeview on the patio enjoying cup of coffee or a fresh mint cup of tea right from my garden! Must be at least 25 years old of age to book. Guest will have access to the entire house along with a parking space in the driveway. There are some spaces unauthorised for guest and doors will be locked. Shared fully stocked kitchen space - you can cook your own food. Can use refrigerator/freezer to store food. Feel free to use the seasoning I have at hand. NO microwave. As well as the family/dinning room, office space, patio and backyard. All spaces shared accept for the bedroom. No access to the garage unless given permission. I am very ease going if you need anything feel free to ask. Since I am not working from home I wont be available in person during the day but always available for questions by phone call or txt. Orland Square shopping mall walking distance. Beautiful Katherines Lake Nature Center and Botanic Garden. Kayak & canoe rentals available for a very reasonable price 7.5 ml away. Just south of the Centennial Park Aquatic Center is the 95-acre (38 ha) Lake Sedgewick. It has hiking paths, nature trails, boardwalks, boat ramps, and pedal boats and kayaks for rent. Fishing is allowed. 1.8 ml The Winter Wonderland Ice Rink is also in Centennial Park. Open from November to March, this outdoor ice rink is free of charge. There is a small warming hut where you can rent ice skates. 1.8 ml The Sportsplex, on 159th Street, is Orland Park's largest indoor recreational facility. It has three full-sized basketball courts, an indoor soccer field, and a full weight room with free weights, plenty of cardio options, and a ¼-mile indoor track, 3.1 ml away.
