The space It is a completely refurbished design flat that offers maximum functionality for up to 6 people. The flat has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower, one of which is en suite. The bedroom with en suite bathroom has a double bed of 150 cm and the other one has a balcony and two beds of 90 cm. You have at your disposal a living-dining room with balcony and a sofa-bed for two people of 150 cm which will be provided for bookings of more than 4 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, fridge, ceramic hob, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and crockery. It has gas heating, wifi and TV in the living room. The flat is on the first floor of a very quiet street and perfectly isolated, so it is not noisy at all. Guest access It is a private space, designed exclusively for our guests, so they will have access to the accommodation in its entirety: kitchen-living room, bathrooms and bedrooms. We offer comfort and privacy at all times. They have an elevator at their disposal. Other things to note Our luxury flat is located 5 minutes by taxi from Atocha Station. It is very close to the historic and emblematic district of Las Letras and the Reina Sofia National Museum, one of the most important centres of modern and contemporary art, which forms part of Madrid's famous Art Triangle together with the Prado Museum and the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum. All amenities are included in the price. A set of keys will be provided to enable access at any time. Pets are allowed. We offer a cot and high chair on request at 30€ each.
