With a comfy lounge featuring a hammock chair and a private bathroom for your convenience, we've got all the essentials + amenities covered! We are a short distance to major locations in the area, such as: Jiffy Lube Live: 2.9 mi ~ 7 min drive; DC: 36 mi ~ 50 min drive; IAD (Dulles Airport): 21 mi ~ 26 min drive; City of Manassas: 4.5 mi ~ 18 min drive. The space ***⚠️ Please Read Before Booking ⚠️*** Currently, we do not provide an outdoor area for guests. However, we’re thrilled to let you know that we're in the process of creating a fantastic patio area for your enjoyment! So please note that our backyard is undergoing construction and might make the area look a little less picturesque than we'd like during this phase. It is currently not suitable for pets to roam freely. We kindly request that guests take their pets outside the gate for bathroom breaks. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we enhance our outdoor amenities! The laundry room is in the basement, but not included as amenity for this listing. Please, make yourself at home! Other things to note • PLEASE NOTE • PET POLICY: we are a pet-friendly listing, but we kindly ask that guests limit the number of 2 pets per stay only. A $35 fee will be charged for one and an additional $18 for a second. If you’re bringing one pet, PLEASE LET US KNOW and select this option during your booking request; if bringing two, please inform us and we will adjust the fee accordingly. Due to considerations from past experiences, we kindly request that pets enjoy their outdoor time BEYOND THE BACKYARD FENCE for any bathroom needs. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. ENTRANCE: the entrance to our property consists of a grass path around the back leading to the house followed by a wooden pathway (as in the photos). Please be aware that this pathway may become wet during rainy weather. To ensure your comfort and keep your shoes clean, we provide shoe covers for your use. LAUNDRY: we limit the use of the machines to LONGER-TERM STAYS ONLY. If you really need to do laundry during your stay, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Thank you for your understanding! ACCESSIBILITY: our space has limited accessibility. There is one step up to the entrance and parking lot and the bathroom is not wheelchair accessible. Please take these limitations into account when deciding whether our space is right for your needs. CHECK-IN starts at 4 pm. A unique code for the smart lock will be sent to you prior to check-in and further in instructions will be available on the app. FRAGRANCES: please note that our space is not fragrance-free. Some fragrances, such as air fresheners may be used in the common areas during your stay. If you have any sensitivities or allergies to fragrances, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. KITCHEN: our place does not offer access to a kitchen, but we do provide a microwave and a mini fridge. NOISE: as this is a basement space and as careful as we are, there is a possibility for noise to carry from the upper floors of the house.
