Clean and Convenient West Asheville Homestay

PWR/WTR/internet. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Walkable to restaurants, bars and outdoor activities in West Asheville. Only a ten minute drive to downtown! The space This is a comfortable bedroom with private access and private bathroom in the basement area of our home. We are happy to host visitors for a more affordable, and hopefully more comfortable stay than a hotel room. Please consider that we have two small children and a dog that can be noisy. A white noise machine and ear plugs are provided for lite sleepers. During your stay We are available 24/7 for emergencies. We do give our guests privacy during their stay, but offer as much interaction as necessary! Other things to note Pets are welcome but must be disclosed. There is a fee. Pets that are aggressive towards other dogs and especially children are not allowed under any circumstance. Visitors are welcome on approval. No parties allowed. Please enjoy the backyard and fire pit at your leisure! Nathan would be happy to get a fire going for you on request!
