It features a queen size bed, sofa bed, bathroom, and kitchenette. The space This is a daylight basement ADU below my home with its own entrance and bathroom. There are two large windows that provide great light for a basement and ample fresh air. Sleeping: There is a queen bed and a fold out sofa. The sofa bed is a petite double - it would be most comfortable for someone under 5' 5", an optional memory foam mattress topper is available. Bathroom: The shower is pretty fantastic! I recently made a repair to the bathroom sink to improve water flow. Cooking: The kitchenette contains a mini-fridge, microwave, and electric kettle. There is no hot plate. Coffee making options include French press or pour-over. The unit is accessed via a gravel/pavers pathway and a set of concrete stairs. It would be challenging to navigate the stairs with a large wheeled suitcase. There is some noise transmission between my home and your unit - you can anticipate hearing footsteps and voices from upstairs. However, there are no scampering children or pets, and we are quiet in the evening.
