Enjoy the sunset view from 3 levels of deck. Paddle to the sound from the 70' dock. The dock has boat bumpers, kayak/paddle board step, swim ladder, and fishing rod holders. Master bedroom: Memory foam king bed, located on its own level, has incredible views of the sound from its own private deck and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2: hybrid queen bed, shares a bathroom with the bunk room, direct access to the deck Bunk Room: 4 memory foam twin beds, direct access to the deck The space The house is well stocked with cooking gadgets, spices, soaps, laundry detergents, trash bags, and other items to help make your stay relaxing. The top floor of the house is accessed by a spiral staircase. It contains a spacious master suite including a large bedroom, sunroom with office space and a full bathroom. The second floor of the house is an open concept kitchen, dining and living room with a half bath. The bunk room, queen bedroom and another full bathroom are located on the first floor. Please note that the second and third floors are accessed by a spiral staircase in the house. There are exterior stairs for the first and second floor. The third floor master suite can ONLY be accessed via spiral staircase. Guest access You will have access to the whole house except a few private owner and cleaner cabinets. Other things to note You do have full access to the canal from the 70' dock. If you choose to dock your boat, jet skis or any other water craft you do so at your own risk. Please notify us if you plan to use the dock for your water craft and check the tide charts. The sound and canal are tidal. We can not guarantee canal depth. There is a 7 person hot tub on the first floor deck.
