Elegant apartment in a quiet location with easy access and close to the mall and downtown and also close to Thermas Water Park (20 minutes). Minimum stay (4 nights), no pets, no smoking. Condominium has a mini market. Important note: when closing your reservation (for monthly stay) the app will automatically grant you a discount on the advertised daily rate, it is always worth simulating the reservation to get the final amount. The space Living room with 2 seating arrangements (TV and dining), balcony, kitchen and bathroom, 2 bedrooms (1 en-suite) and guest bathroom. Minimum stay 4 nights, we do not currently host pets. Guest access The entire apartment. Other things to note Pets are not allowed, smoking is not allowed. Bed and bath linens are not included (bring your own if you want to change). As a courtesy, we offer the beds already made with sheets and pillowcases and face and hand towels (one towel for each bathroom, we do not offer a change) and cleaning service (indication of cleaning lady, payment directly with her and to be agreed upon). Maximum limit of 4 guests (5th guest optional as an exception, it is possible to accommodate them on the sofa bed in the living room, extra fee will be charged). There are 2 bedrooms, both with a double bed, the suite with a queen size bed, and in the 2nd bedroom a standard double bed. Regarding garbage, all garbage must be collected and deposited in the trash can on the ground floor (selective collection), do not leave food scraps inside the refrigerator or dirty dishes inside the sink (these items are not included in the cleaning). Check availability for early check-in and late check-out (whenever available, we grant it). Important note: Due to the condominium's security rules, it is mandatory to send an official document with photos of all guests to the host so that he can send it to the condominium. If the guest does not comply with this rule, the stay may be canceled and visits and/or entry and stay of people not registered in the reservation are not allowed. Children and adolescents in the common areas and elevators are only allowed if accompanied by an adult responsible for them (strict condominium rules, subject to penalties that will be charged to the guest if not complied with)
