The loft is very bright, full of positive vibes with stunning views of the Anhangabaú Valley and the city. A peaceful haven for your stay in São Paulo, with walking access to the São Bento subway station (3 min) and República (10 min) and points of interest in the region (Municipal Market, Galeria do Rock, Municipal Theater, SESC). The space 37 m² apartment on the 31st floor with an incredible view of the Anhangabaú Valley, same view as SampaSky. Other things to note Important Information for Your Stay LINEN: We provide sheets, pillowcases, blankets and only 2 BATH TOWELS. We do not provide toiletries, but we leave 1 ROLL of TOILET PAPER for the day of arrival. EXTRA TOWELS: If you need additional towels, they can be requested at a cost of R$ 8.00 each. VISITORS: The presence of visitors must be communicated and previously authorized by the host. Visitors are not allowed to stay after 8 p.m. CONSTRUCTION WORK IN THE BUILDING: The building is mixed, with commercial and residential areas. The construction work takes place between 6 and 10 p.m. EVENTS IN THE REGION: Some events in the Anhangabaú Valley can generate audible noise in the apartment, both during the day and at night.
