Leat Cottage is located in the heart of Anglesey in beautiful tranquil surroundings. The cottage offers open-plan living upstairs with generous relaxed seating, perfect for a family holiday. Anglesey is an explorers paradise with beaches such as Rhosneigr just 5 mins away from the cottage, outstanding coastal walks, boat trips, kite surfing, canoeing to mention but a few. Wonderful restaurants await & Snowdonia is on our doorstep. The space Entrance Hall - with coat hanging space and a built-in cupboard for extra storage, this leads to Ground floor bedroom - double bed with single bed over the top (bunk style - see photos) & an additional single bed. Wardrobe with hanging and drawer space Ground floor shower room - includes powerful shower, sink, demister mirror & toilet Stairs leading to Kitchen / living room (with corner sofa - double sofa bed) Shower room - includes powerful shower, sink & toilet Bedroom - king size double (can be separated into small twin beds), fitted double wardrobe with plenty of hanging, shelf and drawer space Guest access Guests have use of all space listed. There is a garage area which we use for storage of cleaning materials, washing machines and linen for our sister holiday rental. Access will be required into this space very occasionally however it can by gained using the large garage door to the front of the property. Other things to note Linen and towels are included Heating There is no central heating in the cottage however we have provided several very effective electric radiators should you require them. Number of Guests The cottage can sleep up to 6 guests if using all beds (x2 in the double bed) however please note that we do not provide sufficient dining seating space for 6 (the table seats x4) therefore is not advertised for so many people.
