Escape to the forest of the Big Horns in our 2 Bedroom 1 Full Bath/2 Half Bath duplex vacation home. This tri-level unit has plenty of parking, a full kitchen, is fully furnished, and has plenty of space to relax. The entire upstairs and all bathrooms have been rennovated. This is the place to stay if you are wanting a peaceful getaway. This is a large spacious unit with three levels. We have provided a king bed, queen bed, and ottoman with pillow top that pulls out into a single bed to sleep on. There are ample supplies for your stay to give you less stress and more time to relax! There is a lot of wildlife roaming through, and on most mornings, the deer and wild turkeys are in the yard. There is a deep tub/shower combo and two additional half baths to make it easier for multiple guests to get ready. We pride ourselves on being available to you for anything you need, so if you have any questions, please feel free to ask. Our guests can use the two parking spaces in front of the unit, the balcony off the master bedroom, and the back yard. We will not be available in person. However, we do have someone in Story who should be able to take care of any issues that may arise. Please contact Misti and she will reach out to the Story contact. The other tenants are very friendly and may want to interact depending on their schedules. Please do not disturb the tenants by knocking on their doors. They are separate from the Airbnb, but are allowed to engage with guests upon approval of everyone. Quiet small town with a lot of wildlife passing through and friendly locals. There are mostly white tailed deer and wild turkeys with occasional raccoons, bears, and mountain lions. Guests will need a car when in the area. Story is a very small town with 1 store within walking distance. There are hikes, and outdoor things to do if you do not have a car, but most shopping and other events may be going on in Buffalo and Sheridan, so a car is suggested. There are many dogs running about loose in Story. This is a part of the town culture, and although they may bark to greet you, they will move on to say hello to the rest of the town. We are on well water. which is of great quality in Story. I will be posting our next water quality report up as well. We ask very little of our checkout list compared to other airbnbs, but what we do ask is necessary for us to keep the place in order and keep our cleaning fees down.
