The sea is literally right at your door step! Everything you need is in immediate walking distance. The new formula 1 track is 15 minutes away, the train station 10 and the city centre, with all its little shops, restaurants and cafe's only at 5 minutes away! The space We welcome you to our seaside home. Smell the ocean breeze and let the wind ruffle your hair while you walk the boulevard or explore the dunes. Our house offers you a private studio with private staircase access. So you have the entire floor to yourself! In this daylight-flooded room, you will find a double bed, a large closet, a table for two and a flat screen tv. The room also has a small kitchen with a fridge, water boiler, Senseo coffee machine and water sink and is suitable for preparing breakfast or lunch. Next to the room, you have your modern private bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. Guest access From the front door, you access your studio by going up one floor on a communal staircase. There you can access your studio with your key. Up one more flight of stairs and you're at the top of our house with the best view! ➤ We have small children, ages 9, 4 and 1. They get up early and can be loud at times. ➤ We also have a cat roaming the premise but will keep it from entering your apartment.
