Lovely double room, own bathroom, free parking

A bright, light double room with your own bathroom in our modern townhouse (we live in the house) located in between Shoreditch, Hoxton, and Islington, close to the City and next to the Regents Canal. Free parking space directly outside house included. The space Our house is super comfortable and in a really fantastic location, walking distance to Hoxton, Shoreditch, Islington and the City and right on the side of the Regents Canal. You can even walk into the centre of London (Leicester Square, Covent Garden, Piccadilly Circus) in 30 minutes. Also a nice walk or cycle along the canal will take you to the cool market at Broadway Market and Victoria Park and along to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. We're well connected for buses, underground and overground trains in between and walking distance from stations at Old St, Angel Islington and Highbury & Islington. Guest access You will have exclusive use of the bedroom and one bathroom (bathroom on ground floor, bedroom on first floor). We're happy to share the kitchen for breakfast and also our small garden. This is our home so we restrict access to the living room and top floor of the house is not accessible to guests. During your stay We'll give you your space but we're here to help when you need it. I often work from home so am around if needed. I speak French, Spanish and some Italian and am always happy to get some practice! I travel regularly so often my boyfriend Adam will be the one coordinating and looking after you at the house, we'll let you know in advance if that is the case (as a female traveller I know it's important to feel comfortable.)
