This newly built guest facility has multiple private studio apartments with lots of amenities to offer. Our location is approximately five minutes from the famous Demerara Harbour Bridge on the west side and 20 minutes to the country's capital city Georgetown. Each apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests. The space Eight private studio apartments are fully furnished with the basic amenities along with all new appliances. Each apartment is equipped with a kitchenette, cookware, dishware, a queen-sized bed with very comfortable linen, air conditioning, a wardrobe, and a petite dining table for two. A 32" smart TV is provided for your enjoyment with the ability for guests to access their streaming service accounts. Guest access Each guest will be provided key access to the main entry door and an assigned door code for their specific studio apartment.
