A mere two minute flat stroll to beaches or the local shops. You have all the natural necessities for coastal life in this conveniently located comfortable cottage. There is little need to hop in the car. A home away from home, we are locals and live in this space during the off season. We want to share our slice of paradise and hope you appreciate the liveability of this special social spot and the ocean breeze. The space Our place is built and set up for comfort, practicality and a relaxed quality of life. This unassuming home is full of light and space, has water glimpses from the broad windows in the front sunroom, and double corner windows in the kitchen and master bedroom. - There is a large and fully equipped kitchen to cater out of and a dining area with extendable table for eight. - The breakfast bar connects the kitchen to lounge room, with a comfy L shaped couch. - There are two bedrooms (1 x queen and 1 x double) incl. built-ins - Bathroom with shower and toilet - Second separate toilet and sink - The sunroom can be set up as an office space or fitted with 1 x double bed for 2 additional guests (max. 6 guests can stay in this listing). * LINEN IS NOT SUPPLIED so please ensure you bring sheets/sleeping bags, pillow cases, towels and any other linen you may require. Linen services are available locally if you wish to arrange it - Bay Linen Hire or Aroma Linen Service. - Doonas and pillows are provided in bedrooms only. - Ceiling fans throughout and air con in the living area. - Unlimited WIFI The house has a casual ambience with warm lighting, full bookshelves and large windows. It is a 'lived in' space so we hope you appreciate and enjoy just how nourishing it is to live in such an incredible environment and community that is Jervis Bay. You also have access to a green patio with a large solid distressed table, bbq and multiple options for lighting. Over the back fence is a quiet and friendly permanent tenant. Please respect that this is their home too and noise must be kept to a minimum between 10pm and 8am. Guest access The house, front and side yards and the back patio. There is one room within the house and the front garage that you will not have access to. Other things to note There is a stand alone flat in the backyard where a quiet and friendly tenant lives permanently.
