We're an easy walk from everything you'd like to see at the Festival and Fringe, and our central home offers loads of room, charming decor, ample space and beautiful garden. Whether you want to binge on the Fringe, sightsee, shop, check out the local market or just chill, we think you'll love it! The space If you like to combine your Festival experience with city centre chic, 1820s elegance and a quiet, comfy night's sleep, this is the place for you. The double room in our four bedroom apartment is big, light, beautifully furnished and comfortable with a clean, bright en-suite shower room. Although amazingly central, our neighbourhood is very quiet so you are guaranteed peaceful rest. Moray Place is one of Edinburgh's most loved Georgian residential addresses. We live a short walk away from the city's main shopping streets, restaurants and favourite tourist haunts such as Edinburgh Castle, museums and galleries. It's also a few minutes to buzzing Stockbridge, with its Sunday farmers' market, local shops, restaurants and bars. Stockbridge was named recently by The Times as one of the top 3 coolest places to live in Britain. Our home, on two floors of a splendid 1820s Georgian townhouse, has everything you’d expect of period elegance modernised to 21st century luxury, including wi-fi. Enjoy the wonderful views and friendly, stylish decor. And we'd be happy to lend you the key for a stroll or picnic in Moray Place Gardens, the park you can see from our sitting room window in one the pictures above. Help yourself to a buffet style breakfast with coffee, tea, juices and cereal to set you up for a wonderful day exploring the city. And if you'd like ideas about things to do we'd be delighted to give you tips about walks, galleries, cafes, shops and restaurants. Many Edinburgh houses are tall - and ours is no exception! We don't have a lift so please expect to take the stairs for two floors to reach our apartment. Guest access You are very welcome to make yourself at home in our kitchen and sitting room as well as your bedroom and bathroom. During your stay I'm usually around for a chat in the morning and evening and in and out during the day, depending on my work schedule. I'm pretty flexible though, so we can always arrange to meet if you need to ask about something.
