My place is close to public transport, the city center, and the airport. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the coziness, the kitchen, the high ceilings, and the light. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. (LONG TREM STAY GUEST NEED PAY DEPOSIT) The space The structure is composed of first-class materials. Italian porcelain and granite tiles throughout with high ceilings, excellent insulation and LED lighting. Well-equipped kitchen including an electric ceramic stove top with range hood, plates, utensils, cookware, microwave, water heater, rice cooker, and refrigerator. Bathrooms use Grohe fixtures and a tempered glass shower enclosure. Spacious living room with plenty of seating has a 45 inch HDTV with Cignal Cable. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a walk-in closet and dedicated bathroom. Aircon in each bedroom, and there is NO aircon in the living area but fan only. Guest access This apartment is good for 4 pax only, 500php/head will be charged for the additional person, maximum is 6 pax. For your visitors we charge 200php/head for entrance fee, including swimming pool using, visit time: 9am--4pm Outside the condo, guests will have access to the entire common area including infinity swimming pool,a private restroom, and a private shower all for guest convenience. Other things to note There is a roadside fresh fish market just a 5-10 minute walk to the main road to buy the best catches of the day at local prices! In addition, we have a guest book with menus for ordering prepared meals from a nearby resort, or convenience goods from Paddy's store. Also, we are fortunate to have some nice coral to view while snorkeling less than 50 meters from our beach.
