Both the living room and bedroom have air conditioning. Since March 2026, new A+ windows improve sound insulation and help maintain a comfortable temperature 24/7. The space The bedroom features a comfortable 160×200 cm bed, a spacious wardrobe for clothes, with an ironing board, extra pillows and blankets inside. There is also a ceiling fan with remote control, air conditioning, and a latest-generation acoustic and thermal window with a built-in mosquito net, ideal if you prefer to sleep with the window open. The living room is connected to the kitchen and also has a modern acoustic and thermal window, ensuring comfort and reducing noise from the street. Other things to note There is a parking spot available if you need one. In full season it is very busy so it can be difficult to find a parking spot on the street.
