The light rail is 8 min walk away, which takes you directly to the airport, Mall of America, Viking & Twins stadium, as well as downtown Minneapolis. The lovely Minnehaha dog park is also close by to keep those pups entertained! The space LIVING ROOM: A sleeper sofa (full size) set the scene for relaxation in the living area. Settle in to stream favorite shows on the smart TV. BED & BATH Bedroom has a queen bed. Blackout blinds are provided to keep you comfortable and provide privacy. Iron board and iron are located in the closet. Extra sheets and pillow cases are located in the dresser. KITCHEN & DINING: Prepare hearty meals in the fully equipped kitchen. When it's time to eat, gather around the four-person dining table. We also provide a Keurig & K-cup pods for coffee drinkers. There is a French press, but ground coffee is not provided. BASEMENT: Washer and dryer are provided in the basement. We also stored extra toilet papers and paper towels next to the laundry as well. The basement room is locked for us to store extra supplies. You will not have access to this room. STUDY ROOM: We convert a small bedroom into study room with a desk and chair. This is ideal for those who is doing remote work. Fast fiber WiFi internet is also provided. PATIO: Enjoy cool drinks and snacks with your friends and family in the backyard patio, under the pergola. A gas grill is available. Seating cushion for patio furniture is located in the basement EXTRA: Guest amenities include complimentary, fast wi-fi and in-unit washer/dryer Guest access You will be able to access the entire main floor and the laundry room located in the basement. Other things to note PET POLICY-PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: We welcome well-behaved dogs in our rental, subject to the following terms and conditions: 1. Advance notice: Guests must inform us in advance if they plan to bring a dog to the rental. We reserve the right to decline any reservation that includes a dog if we have not been notified in advance. 2. Dog breed and size: We accept dogs of all breeds and sizes, subject to our discretion. However, we reserve the right to decline dogs that we deem to be a safety risk or that have a history of aggressive behavior. 3. Number of dogs: We allow a maximum of two dogs per reservation. 4. Fees: Guests who bring a dog will be charged a non-refundable fee of $100. This fee covers the additional cleaning required after a dog has stayed in the rental. House rules: Guests who bring a dog must agree to the following house rules: Dogs must be well-behaved and not disturb other guests or neighbors with excessive barking, howling, or whining. Dogs are not allowed on furniture, including beds and couches. Dogs must be crated when left alone in the rental. Guests must clean up after their dog, both inside and outside the rental. Guests must prevent their dog from causing any damage to the rental or property. Liability: Guests who bring a dog assume full responsibility for any damage caused by their dog to the rental or property, and for any injuries caused by their dog to other guests, neighbors, or visitors. Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the host from any claims, damages, or liability arising from their dog's stay in the rental. Right to terminate: We reserve the right to terminate the reservation immediately without refund if a dog is found to be causing damage to the rental or property, or if a dog is deemed to be a safety risk.
