Our apartement is located at the end of a cul-de-sac right next to the nature preserve with beautiful trails right by the house for jogging or an evening walk. Enjoy the peace and quiet after a busy day. From us are: 11 km nach Sindelfingen (Mercedes-Benz AG) 10 km nach Renningen (Robert Bosch GmbH) 36 km nach Stuttgart (Mercedes-Benz AG, Schleyerhalle, Porsche Arena) The S-Bahn connection in Weil der Stadt (6 km) can be reached by bus, in Magstadt (6 km) by car (free parking) The space Our beautiful furnished apartment has a separate entrance. The entrance area is bright and has plenty of space. It is 1 room and yet nicely divided into living/sleeping/ and kitchen area. The living room can be used only with armchairs and coffee table, or incl. dining table/chairs. The kitchen has a 4-plate stove and an oven. The fridge has a small freezer compartment. The special feature of the apartment is the extra room for clothes and luggage - there is plenty of storage space. There is also a small 3 kg washing machine in this room for small laundry. Other things to note The table with the 2 chairs is not permanently in the apartment. Will be set up at any time on request.
