The Annex - Relax in a Rural Location.

The Annex is a great space that we have recently converted into a modern, self-contained living area for two (plus maybe a little one). Initially, it was just meant for friends & family but we would love to share our mini-space with you. We are in a fantastic location & there may even be a fresh egg for you in the morning! Excellent road links to the A1(M) & 1.5m from the sought after village of Boston Spa. A vibrant high street & a fantastic selection of independent bars, cafes & shops. The space 'Good things come in small packages'...The Annex may be small but it has been renovated to a high standard with lots of modern touches & use of Velux windows to create a light & airy feel. The living space is open plan & we have utilised a deluxe, sofa-bed with an additional memory foam topper for your comfort creating a cosy feel The kitchen is well equipped with integrated fridge, NEFF cooker, & hob plus toaster, kettle & essential 'brew kit'. We have a handmade breakfast bar with a USB point that can double as a workspace. The separate shower area is surprisingly roomy, much to my husband's dismay I chose handmade tiles with Cole & Son wallpaper to continue the modern feel. You have access outside to a lawned area with a table for two, to enjoy your morning coffee or simply relax in the peaceful surroundings with a glass of wine & a book. We are Guest access A self-contained space for two with off-road parking & a locked area for the storage of bikes. Other things to note We would be happy to provide a travel cot for a little one if required.
