Tipsy Peach Barn - Gals or Romantic Get Away

The Tipsy Peach Barn is a newly constructed, barn finish out and baby peach to Tipsy Peach Haus. Our properties are located RIGHT outside of town, 2 miles from Main St and 1 mile to the nearest winery/restaurant. We offer the full property to our Tipsy Peach Barn Guests. Please see Q & A for more details! The space Wake up to an incredible sunrise, wildlife roaming and the beautiful sound of the birds. The Tipsy Peach Barn offers two king sized beds, one firm tempurpedic and one medium comfort with luxurious 100% organic bamboo bedding. Upstairs loft has two full beds and one twin mattress. Pull out queen couch recently added (not in photos). The kitchenette is equipped with a Keurig, pods, cream and sugar, farmhouse sink, microwave, flat griddle, mini and mid sized fridge with a separate freezer compartment. We also have all the utensils, dishes, cups and glasses to accommodate a typical stay. The bathroom features a beautiful Brazilian Angelim Pedra wood ceiling, marble and hand made tiled shower, reclaimed vanity with a natural stone top and double hand scraped wood sinks. Relax with a glass of wine in the 71" hammered black copper soaking tub, perfect for 2. FAQ: Q: Will a different group of guests be staying at the main home during our stay? A: No. When we open up the TPBarn, we leave the entire 3.5+ acre property to the TPBarn guests only. (Owners now live in the main house but will not be present at time of stay.) Q: Do we have access to the pool and view area? A: Yes! We also provide pool towels. Q: Where is the nearest grocery store? A: You're in luck! We are 2 miles from Walmart, 2 miles from Natural Grocers and 3 miles to HEB. Q: Are guests allowed to host events/parties/weddings etc? A: Starting in Fall of 2021 we will be hosting day weddings on the grounds with options of renting the TPBarn for the main couple. Prices will be on our website. Guest access Entire 3.5 acre property, pool, privacy, use of main house porches, outdoor TV’s, fire pits, viewing decks. Other things to note Guests will be left with complimentary beverages, snacks and breakfast oatmeals. Any specific requests for decor/champagne/flowers/charcuterie boards will need to be made at least 2 days in advance.
