Cosy, bright 3 bedroom home with amazing mountain views located in Jacks Point, a growing community on Lake Wakatipu at the foot of The Remarkables mountain range, just 15 minutes from Queenstown. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms an open plan living and contemporary kitchen plus a cosy mezzanine level looking over the living area- the ideal place to unwind with a glass of Central Otago pinot and a good book after a day spent exploring beautiful Queenstown. The space The house was built in 2016 and has underfloor heating throughout. The open plan living area with big large sliding doors opens onto decks, perfect to sit out and watch the sun go down. The cosy mezzanine chill out area above the living area is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring the area. The master bedroom has an ensuite, second double bedroom with a double bed and third room is one single. Guest access The whole house is yours, garage is locked for our personal storage, but there is off street parking close to the house.
