This charming home is located in the suburban community of Willow Grove, just outside Philadelphia. The house offers comfortable accommodations, making it perfect for families or small groups visiting for a wedding, concert, or event. Late Spring/Summer/Early Fall - you can enjoy our large pool, providing a refreshing retreat for guests. The property is situated just 13 miles from Center City and 19 miles from PHL, offering easy access to everything the city has to offer! The space Main Bedroom Enjoy a queen bed, TV, walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a stand-up shower. Second Bedroom Relax in a full-size bed with a TV overlooking the driveway. Third Bedroom Perfect for kids or extra guests, featuring 2 twin beds with a trundle. Living Room Unwind with a large TV and comfortable couch. Downstairs Den Embrace the mid-century modern vibes with a futon, game room, and record player. Laundry Area Full-size washer and dryer available for your convenience. Additional Notes The 4th bedroom and garage are used for owner storage and are not accessible to guests. Pool The pool is open seasonally. For safety - No children should be in the pool area without a grown up present. There is a security camera over the garage, a front door ring camera and a camera that overlooks the backyard which includes the pool (it is pretty far from the pool but there is a pool view from the camera) The cameras will be on 24/7. Guest access You will have the entire house to yourself, excluding the garage and one bedroom that I use for storage. This includes access to a spacious living room, a dining room, an eat-in kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, a laundry room, a den and 3 Bedrooms - 1 of the bedrooms has a full size bathroom in the bedroom. Please ensure all guests are listed on the reservation as identity verification is conducted by Airbnb. No visitors are allowed if they are not on the reservation. Other things to note Please park in the driveway - do not park in the street. Driveway can fit up to 4 cars. Lawn service comes once a week and they do not give a time when they are coming. 3 Exterior Cameras - One over most of the backyard including pool area, 1 front door ring camera, 1 camera over the garage.
