Ideal house for workers, family, friends It offers good quiet moments in the city center. Bright with large living rooms, 4 large sofas in the living room/living room to spend convivial moments. Our accommodation is close to Disneyland Paris, Val d 'Europe (shopping center), Parc des Félins, Vallée Village (luxury store destocking), Village Nature (swimming pool...etc), Ranch Davy Crockett (tree climbing), Sea Life (giant aquarium)...etc, by car (20min). The space Large and OLD briard house from 168 m2 to 4 levels: - In the basement there is a gym and a storage room - On the ground floor, there is the large kitchen to cook together with standing meals, the toilet, the dining room (large table for 10) and the living room (3 large sofas). - On the 1st floor, there are 3 bedrooms: bedroom No.1 with double bed 160 (queen size) and large dressing room, bedroom No.2 with double bed 140 (standard) and wardrobe, and bedroom No.3 with double bed 180 (king size) and large dressing room, 1 large bathroom with bathtub to relax by taking a good bath and toilet - On the 2nd floor there are 2 other bedrooms: bedroom n°4 with double bed 160 (queen size) and storage, and bedroom n°5 with double bed 160 (queen size) and storage. - Small terrace for smoking area. Guest access Guests have access to every room in the house with the exception of a small room where we store our personal belongings. Other things to note Important : -No shoes in house so bring slippers for parquet flooring if you're chilly -No parties -No pets (upon request) - Non-smoking accommodation except on the small outdoor terrace. - No entry before 5pm. -We provide the minimum for your first day (Toilet paper X 4). -We provide linen (simply placed on beds or ask ahead of time) and medium-sized bath towels. - 2 dishwasher tablets and 1 Tassimo coffee pod.
