Guest access Guests will have joint access to the living/dining room, kitchen and laundry area. During your stay There will usually be someone responsible in the house. Other things to note Contact us to find out about parking space availability. Because it is an apartment, there are not always parking spaces available. If there is a space, it is charged separately. Parking is not charged in front of the apartment on the street. There are always guests who park on the street and we've never had any problems. The building does not have an elevator, as it has only 3 floors. The kitchen will not be available for use in preparing large meals. What is available is for coffee, snacks and the use of an oven and microwave for ready/frozen foods is free.
