Eat inside by the open sliding doors overlooking the pool or in the poolside gazebo while listening to your favorite music on Alexa. BBQ your lunch or dinner and then sit by the outdoor fire pit area in the evening sipping a glass of wine as you enjoy the sunset views. The living room has a nice sofa set that is a great conversation place. The family room has a cozy fireplace with a large TV above it. Sit on the large comfy couch and relax and have a movie night! A fully stocked chefs kitchen with double ovens and gas 6 burner range is available for you who like to cook up a storm! There are two dining areas inside that both seat 6 guests. The king master size bedroom is spacious with a beautiful attached bathroom and shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and decorated very elegantly. There is a third bedroom that has a full bed that overlooks the pool. There is a 4th bedroom that is closed off for our personal use. The second bathroom has a jacuzzi tub for you to enjoy. In addition, there is a laundry room with a brand new full size washer and dryer. Gardners come once a week on Thursdays at around 8:00 AM. Pool service comes Tuesdays or Fridays. Weekly cleaning service can be provided for an additional $120 a week which includes washing of bedding, towels and full house cleaning. High quality linens and towels and pool towels provided. If you are going to the beach there are two beach chairs and umbrella behind the gazebo.There is also a cooler in the shed. A big beach blanket is in the closet in the laundry room.
