Enjoy this peaceful setting with amazing view as an alternative to a hotel in Batesville. The location is close enough to visit the college, restaurants, shopping and golf, but private enough to feel like you’re getting away to relax. The space Two bedrooms have queen beds. The loft space has two twin beds. (The loft does not have air conditioning vents so the circulation is limited and it gets very warm in the summer months. Fans are provided, but I would not plan to use the loft as a place to sleep in June or July). The master room has a bathroom attached, and another bathroom is located in the hallway. The kitchen is fully equipped to create your favorite meal, and the washer and dryer are conveniently centrally located. The back deck is a wonderful place to relax after a long day and enjoy the view of the river. Guest access Entire home is available Other things to note Please note that this home is a part of a duplex. It has its own part of the driveway and its own private entrance. The insulation is stellar so you do not hear any guests who may be staying on the other side of the duplex.
