This cozy cabin will have you feeling right at home. A clear view of the Abiqua Creek from your bed! Such a peaceful/tranquil place. Sit back and enjoy the nature around you on the property, or take a short drive to the many local attractions. 3 miles to downtown Silverton, 4 miles to Mt. Angel. 14 miles to Silver Falls State Park. Additional accommodations available on the property. The space Self check-in Check in time 3:00P.M. Check out 11:00 A.M. Inside your cabin you’ll have electricity, mini fridge, coffee maker, purified water dispenser, diesel heater, TV/DVD (no cable) and a “Glamping” style toilet. No running water in the cabin. No air conditioning. There is access to a flush toilet, running water, and shower in the shared area. There is a private porch on the front of your cabin and several seating areas along the water in the shared area for you to enjoy. The property is located off of Highway 213, during busy hours there is potential for road noise. You will have access to the shared “cook shack” cabin. It has everything you need to prepare meals; double sink, microwave, popcorn maker, hot dog cooker, small 4-burner propane stove w/oven, grill outside, & extra dishes/silverware. Fold up bed available upon request for 3rd guest. No parties, no smoking inside the cabin, & no events. Pets are welcome with pet cleaning fee. Quiet time is 10:30P.M Book your stay during these months: March & April - Tulip Festival, a must see. Great food, beer, rides, face painting, and booth shopping. July - We have the Canterbury Renaissance fair. August - We have the Wild West show. September - Mt. Angel hosts Oktoberfest, loads of fun, food, drinks, and dancing. December - Christmas Winter Wonderland at the Oregon Gardens. It is a very magical time of year; Christmas caroling, outdoor ice skating, and of course don’t forget the hot chocolate. Huddle around the many fire pits to warm your hands as you enjoy thousands of Christmas lights. All just a few miles away. Guest access There are several shared spaces for you to enjoy on the property; Community fire pit, gazebo, and shaded seating along the bank of the Abiqua. These spaces are shared with guests staying in the other cabins. Other things to note This cabin is located near a body of water in a wooded area, there are spiders and bugs in the area. We do our best to keep them out of your cabin, however, they may find their way in. Please check with host if you will need parking for more than 2 vehicles or if you are traveling in an oversized vehicle (RV/Camper).
