During your stay We work from home during the day therefore the best communication during working hours is through text messages. Other things to note What's Nearby: Head south about a mile's drive or walk to one of the most popular eateries and social events at Armature Works. This is where all the action starts. This is one of the most desired areas in Tampa. The Riverwalk starts or ends at Armature Works. In this area, you will find mini restaurants and shops. Follow the 2 1/2 mile Riverwalk and enjoy many more food dives and scenic views. You will discover Sparkman's Wharf at the other end of the Riverwalk, with even more excellent views and various food and drink options. When you tire out, hop on the downtown trolley for FREE. The trolley runs from downtown Tampa to Ybor City. Access to the interstate is quick and easy. The grocery, Spouts, is just down the street near Armature Works. The beaches are about 45 minutes away. Parking: Parking is on the grass anywhere south of the driveway and in-front of the privacy fence. Please do not park in the driveway in front of the entry gate.
