As you enter the property, you find yourself in the cosy and stylishly furnished living area which boasts a window seat with views over the bay, and a wood burner, perfect for warming up on those cold winter evenings in front of the Smart TV. The dining area in the next room comfortably seats four guests and leads into the well-equipped kitchen, with all you could need to rustle up a good meal. At the end of the kitchen there is a very handy utility area with a Belfast sink, as well as housing the dishwasher and washing machine. The door from the utility area leads out onto the pleasant rear courtyard garden with seating and coal barbecue for enjoying the last of the evening warmth. On the first floor, the master bedroom is located with a kingsize bed and views across the bay. The family bathroom is also on the first floor, with a traditional claw foot freestanding bath and a separate shower enclosure. On the second floor is a lovely twin bedroom with the added benefit of an en-suite shower room. The bedroom is flooded with light through the dormer windows and with views over Brixham harbour, breakwater and out to sea.
