The Good Apartment in Quebec City

Whether you're visiting Quebec City for a tourist or business stay, we have the space you need. Located in a peaceful area of Upper Quebec City next to Parc du Bois-de-Coulonge, Université Laval and Boulevard René-Lévesque, which takes you directly to Old Quebec. Sleeps 4 people. Several services nearby: public transport, grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, children's playground, etc. The space Located on a quiet and family-friendly street in the Saint-Sacrement district, the accommodation is set up in part of the basement of our main residence and has a separate entrance. It offers a closed bedroom, bathroom, workspace, full kitchen, dining room and living room with sofa bed. We share the laundry area with you (access through the kitchen). Even if it is located in the semi-basement, the space has a nice brightness thanks to its many windows. We have an electric vehicle charging station. If you need it, please let us know in advance please. We will be on hand to welcome you, give you the keys and answer any questions you may have. Looking forward to meeting you soon! Other things to note We have several years of experience in short-term rentals and hope that your stay in the apartment is as pleasant as possible. Unless otherwise agreed between us, you must arrive between 3pm and 6pm to be greeted for a tour of the apartment and must leave the apartment no later than 11am on the day of your departure. Please note that on the City of Quebec website, it is clearly specified in the 'Collaborative Tourist Accommodation such as Airbnb and HomeAway' tab that a quiet period must be respected by tenants between 9 p.m. and 7 a.m. in order to maintain good neighborly relations.
