Brand new cozy studio close to the center

As a couple, you will enjoy your stay in this beautiful 30 m2 studio, brand new and fully equipped, with a nice view of the Vierge du Chastelat de La Bresse, located 500 m from the city center and all amenities. Explore the Vosges mountains on foot, by bike, snowshoeing or skiing and discover Gérardmer and its city center! Also check out our "apartment near the center with large garage" located on the same floor! The space The studio is designed for a couple (160 x 200 bed). It can also accommodate a toddler (170 x 95 cm extra sofa bed). It is located in a house with 5 apartments, accessible by a few steps. For your comfort, it is new (work completed in June 2022) and you will find all the necessary equipment for your stay. Guest access You will also have access to our laundry area in the basement to store your bikes, skis or others. A washing machine is also available for your use. Other things to note Bring your bedding or rent it from our landlady! Duvets, pillows and mattress toppers are available in the accommodation. Sleeping on the mattress pads without sheets is forbidden!
