Enjoy fabulous oceanfront views from every level of our three story townhome in North Bethany. We’re located in the family friendly Atlantic Watergate community of Tower Shores. Imagine being steps away from your own private beach - nothing can beat the feeling of being right on the ocean! Indulge in the sights and sounds of the ocean from the moment that you walk in the door. Our end unit rustic getaway with modern amenities is directly on the ocean. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating, a Smart TV, Wii game console with games and internet. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances (including a double oven) and is well stocked. There’s a dining table for six and counter seating for three. Also on the first floor you’ll find a powder room, utility closet with stacked washer/dryer, stairs leading to the four upstairs bedrooms, and entrance to seating on the private oceanfront screened porch and deck. The bayside deck has a picnic table for four. There are three bedrooms on the second floor and a full bathroom. The oceanfront bedroom has a queen size bed with a private deck and pair of hammock swings. The two smaller, cozy bedrooms on the second floor have a view of the bay in the distance. One room has a double bed and the other has two twins. You'll find ceiling fans and room-darkening shades in the bedrooms and on the first floor. Directly facing the ocean is the third floor master suite with king size bed, vaulted ceiling, full bath and SmartTV. The master suite is very private with entry to the bedroom at the top of the third floor stairs. Experience sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean from the master suite’s furnished private deck. Our home has an oceanside cold water outdoor shower, a grill, beach supplies, four bikes, and parking for two cars underneath the front deck. We also have plenty of board games, puzzles, a selection of books, and fun activities and crafts to keep you busy on rainy days. Take what you make. Well-mannered pets on monthly flea and tick preventative are considered on a case by case basis. Modest nonrefundable pet fee applies. Please mention your pet(s) when reserving your stay. Our cleaning crew is excellent and adheres to Airbnb’s updated cleaning protocol. In our home you’ll find cleaning and laundry supplies to use during your stay if you so choose. Paper products are also provided. Rented linens for up to eight people are provided year round. You’ll receive sheets, towel sets (bath, hand and face cloth), two bath mats and two kitchen towels. Please remember to bring beach towels. If you reserve our home, please let us know who’ll be joining you on your trip. We are hands on owners who personally ensure that the house is just so before our guests’ arrival. It truly would be our pleasure to share our peaceful seaside escape with you! You’ll have access to the entire townhome, with the exception of a locked closet. Guests are provided with entrance to Atlantic Watergate's community playground and tennis courts. Beach supplies are stored under the back deck and four adult bikes with locks and helmets are stored under the house; feel free to use during your stay. North Bethany’s Atlantic Watergate is a private townhome community within Tower Shores, close to the Delaware Seashore State Park. Our end unit oceanfront townhome is conveniently located near the community gazebo, playground and tennis courts. We’re 125 feet from the Delaware State Park beach where you can fish all day. You may get to the Town of Bethany Beach easily by bike or car - it’s just 3 miles away. Dewey Beach is just 7 miles from our home and Rehoboth is just beyond. If shopping is your thing, we’re exactly 10 miles from the Tanger Outlets. Step off of the back deck onto the beautiful sand and into the Atlantic Ocean. No need to go any further to enjoy the sea in your backyard. If you’re interested in the many activities that Bethany has to offer, take a short bike ride or quick drive to town. Dewey, Rehoboth and Lewes are also within reach. A beach bus stop is just down the street on the corner of Dune Road and Coastal Highway. There are stairs with a railing on each side leading to the front entrance of our home. Inside you’ll find stairs and landings bringing you to the 2nd and 3rd floors. At the top of the stairs, you’ll directly enter the 3rd floor master suite. Two cars fit nicely in the carport - if you’re driving more than two, please contact us so overflow parking can be arranged. Remember to stay off the backyard dune and use the path to get to and from the beach. Please help us maintain this natural barrier to harsh weather.
