The space Sleeping Areas - Our home comfortably sleeps 6 but we can accommodate up to 8 guests. We offer 3 bedrooms with queen size beds plus an inflatable mattress for the living room. Kitchen - Brand new and well equipped with stainless steel appliances, gas grill, dishwasher, pots/pans, and other handy kitchen essentials. Living/Dining Room - Open concept area great for entertaining. The living room includes a sectional couch, two lounge chairs, smart TV, board games, and a record player. The dining room includes a dining area as well as bar seating off of the kitchen. Outdoors - The backyard is fully fenced and includes a gas grill, hammock chair, dining table with umbrella, outdoor sectional, wood burning fire pit, and corn hole. Garage - Washer and Dryer access Guest access You'll have access to the home plus front and back yards. Please make yourself at home. Other things to note Pets are welcome with a $100 pet fee per stay. Also, please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Prior to check in, guests will be required to read, understand and sign an agreement acknowledging the house rules and guest expectations as required by San Bernardino County's Shot Term Rental Ordinance.
